Snowed In

Virginia is not equipped to handle this amount of snow fall! We were litteraly snowed in for about three days! That was just to the house though as far as work went we were snowed in for a week until the next round of snow came and then we went another week! People panic and buy everything in the stores so there is no food and the trucks cannot get to you until the next day depending on what they ordered you may not get food for a few days!

lucky me this all happened on my Birthday, so we walked down to our friends the Statons and they were roasting marshmallows and had some hot chocolate! Yummy!!! It was way toooo cold for me in there snow fort they made though!

See how close they are to the roof! They went on top of the roof and pushed the snow off so the roof wouldn't fall in! There was so much snow this was happening a lot!
